What is a Double Action in betting?
Double Action refers to a
bet which only comes into play if the preceding
bet wins,
ties or gets cancelled. This is a
bet that is conditional on the initial
bet / bets. These are also called '
if bets'. What this means is 'if', for example, the
bettor's first
bet wins, they get to decide what happens next (such as if the New York
Yankees win,
place half the winnings on the Chicago White Sox to win). This gives flexibility to the
bettor to
place Double Action bets in cases where betting on two singles is at an inconvenient time for them.
