In sports betting Over 6.5 Runs is an example of a total market you might see when betting on Baseball. When betting on the Over market you need the total runs of a game to exceed 6.5 for your bet to win.

For example if you placed a bet on an outcome to go Over 6.5 Runs you require the end result of a baseball game to have a total (combined score of both teams) greater than or equal to 7 Runs for your bet to win.

Sports bettors can also choose to bet on the Unders, which requires the opposite outcome to the Overs bet where the total would need to go Under 6.5 Runs for the under bet to win.
